Michael Epstein – President
Michael’s experience in imaging began in 1988 while working with imaging end-users, designing and supporting imaging systems for Provident National Bank. Michael, a graduate of Albright College, uses his educational background in Computer Science and his systems and imaging experience to develop innovative, cost-effective solutions for CTI’s customers. His responsibilities include, strategizing and streamlining the production and operational responsibilities of CTI. Michael was one of the past Presidents of the AIIM, Service Bureau Forum.
Yale R. Epstein – Chief Executive Officer
Yale’s financial and marketing background combine strategy and creativity, producing unique partnerships and communication capabilities between CTI and its customers. An International Finance and Marketing graduate of the University of Miami, Yale is responsible for the vision and strategic business direction of CTI. He brings with him over 24 years of sales, marketing and management experience with over 18 years in the imaging arena alone. Yale sets the spirited and growth oriented culture at CTI to be of the highest integrity. His firm belief and direction maintains that honest, direct and consistent communication between CTI’s employees, executive management and customers, is an integral part of doing business.
Larry C. Skinner, VP Sales and Marketing
Senior sales executive with more than 28 years of experience in delivering sustained revenue and profit in the field of Document Management. Progressed from Director of Business Development to VP of Sales and Marketing after 6 straight years of Channel Development and sales growth. Supervised Channel partners and direct sales force located throughout the U.S., Canada, Managed a $ 1-6 M+ portfolio of National accounts and led all forecasting, market analytics and sales team training/development programs. Closed some of the largest contracts in company history with several generating over 1million dollars in revenue.
Joseph Z. Montalvo – Vice President, Operations
Joe’s technical background was founded in the micrographics industry. Prior to joining CTI, he managed the Technical Support Group at Information Handling Associates, Inc. in Philadelphia. He has over 20 years experience in programming and writing technical job specifications. His responsibilities include direct supervision of the production areas of CTI and internal software programming and development. Joe has demonstrated an outstanding ability to analyze a client’s records and document systems, and develop or re-design options to accomplish specific objectives. He combines the unique ability to merge an artistic vision with programming expertise to create unique and powerful output.
Michael Thompson – Vice President, Service Operations and General Manager
Michael Thompson joined Conversion Technologies in 2011 as Vice President and General Manager HIM Services, and is responsible for healthcare operations companywide. Mike has more than twenty years of experience in the healthcare, support services field. Prior to joining CTI, Mike was VP of Operations in the northeast region for Automated Document Solutions Inc., an EHR and HIM services company where he was an officer & assisted in taking the Company through a substantial period of growth of over 200%. During this period of growth, Mike’s region was recognized for having both the highest customer service rankings and contribution margins within the company.
